How long does a couch take to dry?+
Most fabric couches are touch-dry in 2–4 hours and fully dry within 6–8 hours, depending on fabric and ventilation.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for children, pets and people with allergies.
Can you remove old stains?+
In most cases yes — coffee, wine, oil, urine and general grime respond very well. We'll always assess and be upfront if a stain is permanent.
Do I need to move furniture?+
No. We move light items ourselves; anything heavy we work around. We protect floors and skirting during the clean.
